Step 2: Fill Out Form 
After your payment, you should be automatically redirected to fill out our form. This basic form asks for your full name, email, phone number, and details about your foreclosure case and waht remedy you’re seeking. You should note any important specifis we should know all on that form. 

Step 3: The Approval Process
Your form will go through a reviewal process where one of our review staff memebers looks over your application and provides you with an email correspondence. If we hae any further questions or need additional information, we’ll ask you. Approval from us can take anywhere from 24-72 hours. 

Step 4: Let The Process Begin!
Once your application gets approved by us, you will be contacted either by phone or email by your assigned representative to your case who will explain and ask you questions regarding your case. Once there is complete clarity on what there needs to be done, your documents will go under preparation, which may take 7 business day for full completion. Receival of the documents are sent via email always. 

Like mentioned before, there is no one-size-fits-all, so the documents prepared for you is uniquly and specifically prepared for you. 

Our team calls the bank on your behalf, faxes and emails the paperwork and sends via certified mail return receipt to the bank, County and State and other parties involved like the Ombudsman who generally may interviene. Regarding Mail Correspondence Instructions

The return address on all mailed envelopes will be the homeowner’s, so any corresspondence is received by you. When you receive any mail back from the bank or parties whom we mailed out the paperwork to, notify your assigned rep immediately via email. Make sure your email includes a clear photocopy of all correspondence (taking pictures of the mail pages is okay, just as long as its clear).
