Not all of the American people are aware that they were cheated out of the constitutional standing in law. Their constitutional standing in law was changed to a corporate standing in law where they became a property. They were owned by a corporation that is owned by another corporation.

This is how it happened:

During the Civil War in 1862, Congress decided to change the meaning of the word “person” to mean a corporation. Because of it, the implementation in 1868 of the 14th amendment turned all persons – which is corporations, citizens of the United States and is liable to the jurisdiction of the Nation.

Amendment XIV (1868) Section 1.

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the Laws.

Let’s take a look at the word “United States”. While it has many meanings, Black’s law dictionaries say it says that we are talking to the one via title 28 subsection 3002 park 15a. United States is equals to a federal corporation.

By becoming a citizen of Washington, DC, vis-a-vis the United States as Washington DC Incorporated doing business as the United States February 21st 1871, from the last page of that 14 page document when at the same time they became a “Corporation” they declare themselves to be the owner head and heirs of all corporations and all the property of those corporations…

You and everything you have and all you possess.

So, can a corporation that owns another corporation tell it what to do? Sure! You became chattel property, owned corporate assets. You became a being owned by another being.

Majority, if not all, of the crimes under the Code of Federal Regulations Title 27 -72.1 may it be a state or Federal are commercial crimes…every one of them. That is because a corporation is a person within the meaning of the 14th amendment.

The 14th amendment created or at least recognize on July 28, 1868, a citizen of the United States as particular to that of the state. The state citizen is something that the constitution created which can be found in article 4 section 2 of the United States constitution.

While you being a citizen, if you are a citizen of the United States, is a 14th amendment made up creation which is also known as a person or citizen of the United States. Take note that all of the laws apply to all persons and citizens of the United States. They say that the 16th amendment income tax is unconstitutional, so how do they get past that? The tax only pertains to people and citizens of the United States that makes it a corporate tax.

So is this allowed? How is this legal? How is it permissible to change your status in law from that of a citizen of the constitution to allow corporation owned by another corporation subject to the jurisdiction thereof…

In short it is not a legal. Even if the 14th amendment were to have been properly established, take a look at the supremacy clause of the United States Constitution found at article 6 paragraph 2. It tells us that the constitution is the supreme law of the land and has the power to crash anything or invalidate anything that tries to go against it.

The 14th amendment created a different government, citizenship, and jurisdiction compared to what the founding fathers wanted us to have. That makes the 14th amendment abhorrent to the doctrine of the supremacy clause which becomes worthless. It’s like trying to have fire and water at the same time. It doesn’t work.

Why the tenth amendment doesn’t apply to the 14th amendment citizens? Because there are no boundaries or limits on how far a corporate jurisdiction can go.

Nowhere in the written letter of the constitution says that it is lawful to change an amendment to the constitution with an executive order.
The two are not even real executive orders. As the CRS report makes it clear that executive order #6 (Presidential Proclamation #11) and executive order #7 (Presidential Proclamation #13) never had the signature of the President. Only the Secretary of State. Therefore, these two fake executive orders are booked and paged as promulgation’s.
President Andrew Johnson was not in favor of the 14th amendment saying that it created a de facto government in which it did.

DE FACTO GOVERNMENT – one that maintains itself be a display of force against the will of the rightful legal government and is successful, at least temporarily, in overturning the institutions of the rightful legal government by setting up it own in lieu thereof. In other words, defacto is public side whereas dejure is private side.

As stated before, the 14 amendment made a different government with a different citizenship and jurisdictions as the founding fathers nor the constitution gave the United States Corporation the authority to do what it is doing today. But as you will note previously in this segment, the 14th amendment make you subject to the rule of the corporate de facto government.

Employers Reinsurance Corporation, 345 Mo. 650, 136 S.W. 2d 289, 302, 127 A.L.R 163.

That’s a far cry from free!

FREE – Not subject to legal constraint of another. Unconstrained; having power to follow the dictates of his own will. Not subject to the dominion of another. Not compelled to involuntary servitude. Used in this sense as opposed to “slave”. Not bound to serve for a fixed term of years;…

The 14th amendment turned you into a property. As Washington DC back in 1871 created the citizenship of the Citizens of the United States incorporated doing business as the United States and claimed itself to be the owner and head successor of said corporations, and owners of the property thereof…after making you a corporation that is.

FORTY-FIRST CONGRESS. Sxss. III Ch. 62, 63, 64, 65. 1871 the District of Columbia be, and is hereby declared to be the successor of the said corporations, and all the property of said corporations, and of the country of Washington, shall become vested in the said District of Columbia…

That’s why you owe so much to the nation debt the 14th amendment section 4 makes you responsible for, saying that you have no right to question the validity.

SECTION 4

The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned. But neither the United States nor any State shall assume or pay any debt or obligation incurred in aid of insurrection or rebellion against the United States, or any claim for the loss of emancipation of any slave; but all such debts, obligations and claims shall be held illegal and void.

Congress cannot deny this. Now, what is knowledge without action?

Misprision of treason. The bare knowledge and concealment of an act of treason or treasonable plot by failing to disclose it to the appropriate officials; that is, without any assent or participation therein, for if the latter elements be present, the party becomes the principal. 18 U.S.C.A. 2382.

The 14th amendment creating a different citizenship than what the Constitution originally defined in article 4 section 2 congress also made a different court system for the 14th amendment citizenship in Law & Equity, or equality at law because a Corporation is a person.

Every part of the government has become a Corporate. Until America realises this, nothing is going to change and will not do anything to change it. These pro-cannabis groups, pro this and pro that, who have promised to uphold and defend the constitution that has the 14th amendment in it has sworn into fraud. And that is how we, as individuals, became a corporation. Just by birth, having us being registered into a birth certificate becomes a part of the U.S. Corporate Construct.
