The Order Steps

Step 1: Make Your Donation 

Please be sure to follow all instructions when sending us the donation. 

After you send us the donation, please email donations@areweallreallyeducated.com so they can process your order. 

 

Step 2: Order Preparing 

After your donation is received, you’ll receive an email from your assigned service manager with a link to fill out our basic Non UCC order form, which is a requirement for us to begin your order. If you do not fill out the form, we have no way to complete your order. 

 

Once your form is received, our paralegals process your order, to be delivered in 7 to 10 business days. 

 

Step 3: Order Delivery 

Within 7 to 10 business days, you’ll receive your completed Non UCC order form, completed Department of Labor cover letter, and our educational and instructional Treatise written by Patrick Devine apprentices. All the deliverables are sent to you by EMAIL. We do NOT mail anything to you. So please make sure that you check your spam / junk folder to ensure our email did not land there. 

 

How this process works is simple:

Our paralegals fill out a Non UCC form for you on behalf along with editing a cover letter which gets sent to the applicable Department of Labor address.

 

The first step is to mail the Non UCC form to yourself via registered mail. 

 

The second step is to send page 2 of the Non UCC with a list of your labors along with the cover letter to claim your labors, mailed to the Department of Labor address provided to you. 

 

That is it! A simple process to follow and the great part of this package is, you do NOT have to be a secure party creditor to do this process!

 

You’ll be emailed instructions on what to do with samples as well. 

 

For this package, you do not need to order any forms ahead of time. All the forms and cover letters are done for you. 

 

Information Required From You To Get Started

Part of the order process is for you to fill out the order form.  On that form, basic information is required like your full name, address, email, phone number, and the bonds you want to claim as collateral in your Non UCC. 

 

DISCLAIMER ON THE LABOR CLAIM: 

While we draft up the cover letter to be sent to the Department of Labor, we canNOT by NO means guarantee you that you will receive reimbursement back from the Department of Labor based on the labor you are claiming. 

 

The process of figuring out how to get money back is DEPENDENT ON YOU, NOT A.W.A.R.E. o your due diligence is required. 

 

After you have sent the Department of Labor the cover letter, we suggest calling them to find out how long the process of getting refunded back takes. 

 

This package does NOT include an enforcement letter if you do not receive monies back. If you want to enforce it, you are welcome to do so, based on your own studying.

We kindly ask that you do NOT contact us asking questions on how to get monies back or how long the process takes. If we receive continuous emails from you asking us how long the process of getting refunded takes or a question of the like, you’ll be sent to Compliance where, such emails form you will be blocked. 

 

The timeframe for your order to be completed takes 7 to 10 business days. 

 

The process of getting monies back does vary and not something we can say for sure. 

 

Often times, you may get a check but once again, we canNOT guarantee you that will happen.
