We’re thrilled to announce some fantastic updates. Currently, A.W.A.R.E is undergoing a two-week Training Retreat and Revamp, and a semi-vacation period for some. This is a small down time period for us,
What does this mean for you?
For those with open orders, rest assured that your services will not be affected. However, if any existing or new customers email us, please expect a 24 to 48 hour response time, including replies from your service managers!
Some of our departments will be closed during this two-week training retreat and revamp period, and some paralegals in different departments are taking their vacations during this time. Consequently, certain services may not be available to some clients right now.
Availability and Urgent Cases:
Our paralegals are currently very booked and are not taking on new cases at this time. If you find yourself in an urgent situation and seek our help, we may be able to assist you if and only if we have an available slot. Should we take on your urgent case, please note that there will be an additional $250 fee on top of your package quote.
Here’s what you can look forward to when we return back from our two week training retreat:
🌟 New Team Members: We’re welcoming some new highly experienced paralegals from top law firms to enhance our services and support.
🤝 New Partnerships: Stay tuned for new collaborations and service packages designed to meet your legal needs more efficiently. This will allow for us to offer the best assistance and guidance possible to our clients, increasing the level of expertise in various areas of knowledge.
📦New Packages & Services: For a long time, a lot of our packages had to be either inquired by customers to check for availability or it was offered to our VIP clients. Now, as we launch back, we’ll be adding more services and packages that was made available to our VIP clients now available to our every day clients. Packages include areas of help in 1099(s) forms, debt discharges, tax filing assistance, various different trusts set up, and so much more! We almost can’t wait to share!

We’re improving the user experience here at A.W.A.R.E too so the site will be looking a bit different these coming weeks.
We usually respond quite promptly, but during this period, please allow for a 24 to 48 hour response time. Many service managers will be attending the Training and Revamp Retreat, so please bear with us during this extremely important time.
Again, any clients who have open orders will not be affected by this change. However, there might be delays in getting back to messages by email. Messages sent on Skype are very limited and may become unavailable during this two week period. If you need to reach your service manager, it’s by email only.
Both service managers and customer support reps will strive to respond as timely as possible, however, our new timely responses is within a 24 to 48 hour time frame so please bear with us during this two week period. Delays are expected during this time, so please bear with us.
Prior to this retreat, we encountered some technical difficulties by both email and through Skype. Thanks to our IT team who worked tirelessly to resolve these issues, any troubles you experience, please bring them to our attention. We hope this doesn’t persist when we come out of the retreat and revamp phase. We’re here to help!
We also close the office much earlier these days as we are undergoing the Training Retreat and Revamp, so please expect a sooner shut down in doors. Some days might be earlier than others, so please take this into account. When we are back, we’ll be back STRONGER and more EPIC, so stay tuned!
