Patrick Devine on EIN Trusts

Patrick Devine, our beloved teacher, spoke highly and a lot about trusts and getting a 98 EIN for your ENS LEGIS. According to Devine, the 98 EIN is the only number that can keep you on the private because for the reasons that 1.) the trust/EIN was created in a foreign country and 2.) No social is necessary to obtain a 98 EIN.

Today, I felt called to share with you this post on Patrick Devine’s viewpoints on the estate and foreign grantor 98 EIN as this is a topic he spoke a lot about to team A.W.A.R.E and myself. Since he shared so much with us, it’s only fair we share this knowledge with you guys as well, like always 🙂 

Patrick taught us that, the estate EIN as the account number for our STRAWMAN and the 98 EIN as the routing number to our ESTATE. 

With an estate EIN, you are taking Executorship (if you’re a male) or Executrix (if you’re a woman) over your ENS LEGIS name. 

Devine suggested we get 2 EINs to establish ourselves: the estate and 98 EIN.

We get asked a lot of EIN related questions such as “how to use your 98 EIN and what is an EIN?” 

So in this post, we hope to answer those questions for you. 

First, what is an EIN?

EIN stands for Employer Identification Number and can also be referred to as Tax ID number, TIN (which stands for Tax ID Number), EIN, FEIN (which stands for Federal Employer Identification Number), Federal Tax ID, or Federal TIN (stands for Federal Tax ID number). EIN numbers are used to identity business entities as well. 

The Difference Between The Estate EIN and the 98 EIN

To obtain an estate EIN, one’s social security is required whereas for the 98 EIN, the social is not required by no means. 

The estate EIN typically starts with 81, 82 or 83 and is for your STRAWMAN (hence, the word ‘estate’).

The foreign 98 EIN starts with 98. The 98 EIN is called a ‘foreign grantor’ trust because you are creating that 98 EIN as a Trust where you take Trusteeship. 

For those who prefer not to use their social security number to get an EIN, a foreign 98 EIN is best suitable for them. Foreigners would greatly benefit from a 98 EIN since no social is required and foreigners are not U.S. citizens who have social security numbers, until they apply for one. 

It’s important to note that, the 98 EIN is NOT a common law family or business trust. It’s just a number that can be associated to a Family or Business trust, but an EIN is NOT a trust. 

Devine said, one can use the Letter of Credit to RELEASE FUNDS, using your 98 EIN. This is because, the 98 EIN is the routing number to draw funds out of your account.

NOTE: A.W.A.R.E does NOT help with pulling funds so please do not ask us how to do that or for help in that area. 

Continuing on, Devine also said to use your estate EIN at the bottom of the LETTER OF CREDIT document. The estate EIN may begin with a 87 digit.

YOU the flesh and blood living man or woman are the Principal/Owner. You autograph; you do not sign. Sign-nature is for the strawman and the autograph is you. When you sign for your estate, you are the authorized representative and have power of attorney-in-fact to sign for your strawman. Your strawman is just the SHADOW EMPLOYEE of your signature. The shadow employee being ‘civilly dead’ signs his signature. (Shadow is black).

The creditor autograghs; the debtor signs. Every wonder why they say in Hollywood “can I get your autogragh?” They are asking for the living to autogragh. 

The creditor autograghs in red or in purple ink whereas the debtor signs in blue or black. 

We the people are Dejure and are federal government citizens, according to Patrick Devine. Your 98 EIN is your foreign grantor trust.

• Open U.S. Bank Accounts
• Hire Employees, including household employees
• Formed a trust, pension plan, corporation, LLC
