No 24 (Business) Hour Guarantees
While the IRS is currently accepting EINs by phone at this time, their lines have been more packed than usual as more and more people are becoming awoken and needing to get their 98 EINs.
Due to the delays with the IRS long waiting times, we cannot guarantee you will receive your 98 EIN in the 24 (business) hour time frame. However, for anyone who orders any of our Express 98 EIN packages will be placed in the Express Queue for expedited processing of their 98 EIN. If you order this package, please innerstand there are natural delays which are outside of our power, being that we have to rely 100% on the IRS to get the estate and 98 EINs.
With the Estate EIN processing, while there is a higher chance we are able to get your estate EIN within a 24 (business) hour time frame, we cannot guarantee either that the online IRS portal will be available as it is sometimes prone to outages and system maintenance where we are not able to access it. In some rare instances, the IRS may not allow for us to obtain your estate EIN for various reasons unbeknownst to us, but we'll do our best to get your EIN in a timely manner. If it's an Express Estate EIN, your order will still get placed in the Queue, but please overstand that we cannot guarantee same day, or a 24 (business) hour time frame for obtaining your estate and/or 98 EIN.
