How This Process Works
Step 1: Donate
Please make sure that you follow all instructions. If you donate using CashApp, please use “SDU” in the for box. FAILURE to follow that instruction makes your donation deemed without service.

Step 2: Email Orders@AreWeAllReallyEducated.com
Email email@example.com to with your Cashtag details or a screenshot of your sent cryptocurrency donation to begin processing your order.
If you do not email us, we cannot process your order at all! So very important that you email us.
Step 3: Fill Out Order Form
After you have emailed us, you will be sent a link to our order form to fill out so we can process your order.
Step 4: Await Your Order
After you fill out the order form, your order will begin to process for the timeframe. If you fill out the form late, please innerstand, we cannot start to process your order only after you have filled out the order form. Then, the timeframe to process your order is 7 to 10 business day timeframe.
Once your order is ready, you’ll receive it within the specified timeframe to proofread your prepared documents to ensure the information is correct. If there are any corrections, they’ll be made during that phase. If all is correct, then your order will be finalized.
During finalization phase, you’ll receive by email the finalized cover letters, the completed pre-filled out forms, the DIY documents and instructions to later do this process on your own.
All correspondence from A.W.A.R.E is by email only. We do not mail anything out to you. Please check your spam folder to ensure that our emails are not lost in there and also add our email as contact to your mailing book.
To begin this process, please order form 1096 by calling the IRS at 1-800-TAX-FORM. This can be done before or after you’ve ordered the setoff package.

Setoff Process Do’s & Dont’s:
DOs – The setoff process can be used for the following debts:
This includes the following and the like:
- Phone Bill
- Leasing a car you intend to own – If in the contract it states that you intend to own the car, then you can use the setoff package process for that.
- Traffic Tickets and Citations regarding court
Do NOT use the setoff package for the following debts:
- IRS Statements – These are handled differently via an adminsitrative process. Contact us if you have IRS presentment(s) you wish to discharge
- Child support
- Student Loans
- Medical Services or Insurance
- Property Taxes
- Business Related Debts (a big no NO! Our Setoff Debt Utility Package is not intended to be used for business debts because the UCC does not cover business debts and business expenses must be paid/handled accordingly)
- Car Insurance or Medical Insurance (and the like, including medical services)
- Credit Cards You Wish To Leave Open or Closed – NOT recommended to use the setoff package on your credit cards because it can lower your credit score.
- Unsecured debts
- Private rent
- Car Notes
- Private leasing
- Leasing a car that you do not intend to own
The setoff process is NOT intended to be used on credit cards you would like to leave open because in doing so, can decrease your credit score so please do not purchase this package if you intend to use it on credit cards (open or closed).
Once again, this package is NON-refundable so please make sure you read before donating.
If you are looking to increase your personal credit score and you have open credit cards you owe money to, then best to pay the debt to increase your credit score for your ens legis.
We cannot guarantee that you’ll have any success with this package. Results are dependent entirely on you and how you follow instructions. Even if you were to follow instructions to the T and were to not see any results, A.W.A.R.E hold harmless indemnity in regards to that. You are responsible for your own successes and applying what is instructed to you.

To get started on the setoff process, you will need to order form 1096 from the Internal Revenue Service by calling them at 1-800-TAX-FORM. It can take 2-4 weeks or longer to receive form 1096 in the mail. We recommend ordering about 12 forms so you have plenty for future setoffs, or more if you have more vendors to setoff. Be patient. Once you order form 1096 with the IRS, you do not need to follow up with them like the IRS states as sometimes, form 1096 are on back order. Sometimes it can even more than 4 weeks to receive the form but this is all dependent on the IRS and not A.W.A.R.E.
