Q: Do I have to have my company incorporated or unincorporated first before establishing business credit?
Answer: Yes. It’s important that your company is either incorporated or unincorporated before business credit gets established as the incorporation or unincorporated process is the foundation to your business then business credit can follow.

Q: Can A.W.A.R.E help my business get registered with the Secretary of State and is that included with the Business Credit Builder Package?
Answer: Yes, A.W.A.R.E may help your company get registered with the Secretary of State. That process however, is not included in the Business Credit Builder Package. Please contact us at services@areweallreallyeducated.com to receive a quote.

Q: What’s the difference between incorporating and unincorporating my company?
Answer: To incorporate your business means to register your company with the Secretary of State (the public side).

To unincorporate means your business is not registered with the Secretary of State (private side) which offers your company and the business owner(s) great anonymity (which is a private curtain). To get your business to be unincorporated, that would require your business to have a business trust created, which is where the business operates from.

Q: Does my Registered Agent have to be located in the same city where my company is formed?
Answer: No. It’s not necessary that your registered agent is located in the same city. However, it’s required that your registered agent is located in the same state to qualify to be your RA.
