• Be learnith and read up on all that there is to learn on trusts

 

If your trustee has business experience for at least 3+ years, has investment knowledge, experience with Financial Institutions (opening bank accounts, taking out loans/mortgages, brokerage/investment accounts, including opening and maintaining International bank accounts, offshore gold storage, etc) – then your trustee is a good fit to appoint as trustee of your trust.

THE ORDER PROCESS

1.) Order Form

After you place your order, you’ll receive a “thank you” email with a link with all other order forms. Click the thank you link and fill out the necessary order form. Fill out the ‘Common Law Trust Order Form’ with your information.

 

2.) Service Manager Assigned

You’ll be assigned a service manager the very same day (or the next day depending what time you ordered). 

 

3.) Package Proofing

Your package will be emailed to you within 7 to 14 business days for you to proof it to ensure all the information is correct.

 

4.) Package Finalization

After you’ve proofed your trust documents, the paralegals will begin to finalize your trust order. Your service manager will email you the finalized Trust Documents with clear, step by step instructions.
