Examples of How To NOT Contact A.W.A.R.E

As we enter into a new decade, we would like to first explain the new system that we have implemented starting January 1st in how we reply to emails. 

In this post today, we would like to explain to everyone how to communicate with A.W.A.R.E since we feel the time for this post is now appropriate as we have received emails both recently and in the past from “so-called adults” contacting us either asking a question or in need of our services. 

For those who have been following us for quite some time should know by now that we have a zero tolerance when it comes to emails that are not clear, for those who are rude and/or disrespectful, or from folks who are demanding or combative. 

We write this entire post with all due respect to all, in hopes that the message we are conveying here is clear and precise and avoids any further such like communication. 

Those who are existing customers and are respective and appreciative, this post does not apply to you. 

This new post applies to those who contact A.W.A.R.E and are either demanding, not grateful, are not clear or are not competent when communicating with us. 

Starting Janaury 1, 2020, we are no longer going to be replying to emails that are unclear. We are very busy helping people, saving lives, and replying to those who are in need of our help. 

We are only looking to work with those who are fully competent. If you are not competent and act in ways that makes you incompetent, that is immediate grounds for disqualification. 

Below are some examples of incompetent emails we received: 

Please do not send us emails asking this question when you are more than welcome to do so. if you do, you’ll get no reply.

Really? Please do not ever send us an email like this and expect a reply.

The problem with the above emails is, they lack sufficient information for us to better assist them.

By writing to us and saying “Got question” does not catch our attention and does not state how we can help you, which is what is most important to us.

“Is anyone there” makes one sound like a child and like you are not competent enough to state your questions and/or how we can help you. 

Emails like the above are too vague and does not help us help you. 

If you are serious about A.W.A.R.E helping you, please AVOID saying the following; 

• “help” 
• “can I ask qestions?”
• “I have a question.”
• “i need help” 
• “can someone call me?” 
• “call me please” 
• “HELP! HELP! HELP!”
• “is anyone there?” 

If you contact us saying the above, you will NOT get a reply. 

If you are not clear when contacting us, please do not except a response from us either! 

Please do not send us emails with NO subject lines because those types of emails lands in our spam / junk folder. 

If you are competent and inerstand the above, we may be able to work with you, only after you have been accepted to work with us.
