What does it mean to be on the ‘do not detain’ list? It means, you are less likely to not get arrested for not committing a crime. It’s important to innerstand that A.W.A.R.E cannot offer you any form of guarantees that you will not get arrested by filing the DND for the simple reason that we are up against a corrupt system. However, based on our students who are applying the DND process are getting their paperwork honored.
