What Does ‘Without Prejudice’ Mean?

We get asked a lot “what does without prejudice” mean?
In law, it’s important to know the meaning of every term and word you are using, because the words and terms can be used against you. It’s better to play it safe and NOT assume you know what the definition of a word means in law because it may get you in more trouble! Some words that we PRESUME to be aren’t. So never make the mistake of guessing or think you know the meaning of a word without checking the law dictionary prior. An example of this ‘word trap’ is understand.
Typically, you think ‘understand’ means to comprehend what is being said to you, right? Nope. In law and especially in court, under-stand means in etymology, to be under THEIR stand. You never want to understand anything the magistrate is saying! Instead, you OVER-STAND.
Without Prejudice means:
“I have exercised the remedy provided me under the common law whereby I might timely, validly, sufficiently, and explicitly reserve my common law right not to be bound by, nor be compelled to perform under any contract, franchise, or commercial agreement in which I did not enter intentionally, knowingly, and voluntarily, and by such reservation of right, I have notified all administrative agencies of federal, state, and local governments that  do not and will not accept the liability associated with the compelled benefits of any such unrevealed contract, franchise, or commercial agreement.”
Please feel free to share this post with others who would benefit from it.
Stay aware and remember the moral of the post here is, never presume to know a word in law!

Once upon a time, I had sign my autograph in blue ink. Above the signature, have written the words “Without Prejudice” and underneath my signature “All Rights Reserved” and to the right of my signature, UCC1-308. The bank teller would not accept myself to cash the retirement check and/or deposit it into my bank account. Since then because of the past issues. Have started signing my check with the verbage as follows: “by along with my blue ink signature”. Only. For future references, how can I resolve this particular issues dealing my local commercial bank like Bank of America? Is there a statement or case law that I can attach to the check, it ? Does Team AWARE has a process on how to redeem lawful money thru the IRS tax form. Very interested in knowing how? Thank you.

    Sincerely Mr. Agosto
