The Process Explained
- Please be sure to follow the entire Donation instructions so that we can process your order.
- Once your donation has been received, your service manager will contact you by email to greet you and send you the link to the order form to fill out.
- Once the form submission has been received, it can take 24 to 72 hours for the credit report of the ENS LEGIS to be pulled up.
- You’ll be emailed your pulled reports from the top 3 credit bureaus so you’ll have to confirm which debts should not be there.
- The dispute process can take up to 30 days which means, the creditor has 30 days to dispute/reply to the dispute submitted. The dispute is submitted on your behalf and you’ll be able to confirm the dispute claim.
