What Is A Secure Party Creditor?
A secure party creditor is when a person (debtor) takes on the process of securing their creditor status from debtor to creditor. The process of becoming an SPC is to separate the living woman or man from the ALL CAPITAL LETTERED TRADENAME while protecting the assets and collateral of that name as well.
The Security Agreement and the Common Law Copyright notices in the SPC package backdates to one’s 18th birthday, as this creates a “secured party” or lien-holder over the ENS LEGIS.

Beneficiary Allowance
There is a limit to five (5) beneficiaries that you can add to your package. If you wish to add more beneficiaries and have more than five (5) beneficiaries, it will cost $99.99 per beneficiary you wish to add. Each beneficiary will have their own certificate assigned to them.
How Our Process Works
Our Secured Party Creditor process is easy and simple. We provide you with the step by step instructions with mailing addresses so you know exactly where to file.
In 14 to 31 business days (or sooner), depending on the certain circumstances that require further editing to your package, you’ll receive your SPC package by email for you to proofread for any corrections or errors. You’ll be required to confirm that all the information in your SPC package are correct, then once you confirm all the information is correct, your SPC package will then be finalized for completion. Once finalized, your completed SPC package will be emailed to you by your assigned service manager, with step by step filing instructions.
To note, when you are sent your SPC package for proofing, you have enough time to proofread your package, with no rush on your end. You can take however much time needed to proofread your SPC package and decide who you’ll like to appoint as your second Trustee and whom you’ll appoint as your beneficiary or beneficiaries. Once you confirm all information is correct, it can take anywhere from 1-5 business days (or sooner) for your SPC package to be finalized, depending on what needs to be finalized. The quicker you confirm your SPC details, the quicker your SPC package can be finalized for completion.
IMPORTANT NOTICE – PLEASE READ
This Secure Party Creditor package is just to become a Secure Party Creditor. This package does NOT include the Do Not Detain, Freedom Passport, Right To Travel, Diplomatic Immunity, or any other freedom service other than becoming a Secure Party Creditor. This SPC package is NOT the package that’ll “cure” all your remedies. This package is nothing more than just becoming a Secure Party Creditor and does NOT include any other process. So please do not assume this package is the “one time, one size, cure all” package, because it’s not. This package is suited to help you become a Secure Party Creditor, stepping away from the public into the private, that’s all.
What Are The First Steps?
The first steps after receiving your finalized SPC package, the first step is to file your UCC 1 with your state region’s UCC office. Then the next step is to file your SPC documents with the Secretary of State where you reside, and notify the Secretary of Treasury in Washington, D.C, and putting the Secretary of Treasury in Puerto Rico on notice. So there are 2 mailings included, with step by step instructions with mailing address applicable to you.
After checkout, you’ll be required to fill out our SPC order form so that we can process your SPC package with your information. We take privacy seriously and keep all of our customer’s information safe and confidential with us. We NEVER sell your personal information to any third parties. The information obtained in the order form is used to process your SPC package/order only.
After the documents are completed, your assigned service manager will email you the documents for you to review. During this review phase, you have the opportunity to make any corrections. If all looks correct, your paperwork goes under finalization. If there are corrections, we make them immediately. NO SPC paperwork goes into finalization until the customer confirms their information.
In addition to filling our our SPC order form, you’ll be required to submit an original Certified copy of the Certificate of Live Birth (which can be obtained from your local Vital Statistics Office).

Timeframe:
It takes 14 to 31 business days for the completion of your SPC package. A lot of time, work and hours goes into the work of one’s SPC package. All edits made are by the human eye. SECURE PARTY CREDITOR FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Q: How many people is this secure party creditor package for?
A: Our SPC package is for one individual only.
Q: After filing my SPC package, would I be able to access my Personal Treasury Account 101, yearly 4.25%, and the ENS LEGIS DTC account?
A: Currently, our paralegals are not prioritizing accessing the DTC or strawman account so we won’t say “yes” to accessing the account question. However, once you are a secure party creditor, you’ll be able to access such accounts as you have moved into the private side. But once again, A.W.A.R.E’s paralegals does not advocate such account accessing so we can’t say yes.
Q: Do I need to fill out two UCC 1’s if I have two last names (my maiden name and married name)?
A: In cases where you have two last names, we would use the full name on your birth certificate as the primary debtor on your UCC 1 and add your married name as a debtor on the UCC 1 addendum.
Q: Will I be able to discharge my debts immediately after filing the SPC package?
A: Once you receive your green card from Puerto Rico, you can begin to start setting off your debts. Though, you can discharge without receiving your green card, we advice to wait because once you receive your green card, you have put the Puerto Rico Secretary of Treasury on notice of your SPC status/filing.
Q: I haven’t received anything back from the UCC division and it’s been two weeks. What now?
A: It may take more than 2 weeks to receive your UCC 1 filing number back. Be patient and wait. This is quite ‘normal’ to experience a slight delay in receiivng back your UCC filing number form the first mailing.
Q: Do I really have to wait to mail out my second phase of SPC documents?
A: Yes, you do have to wait because the Notification of Record document requires your UCC 1 filing number which you receive in the mail after you’ve sent your first set of document mailings. Be patient.
Q: I legally changed my first and last name. How do I fill out a UCC 1?
A: The name on your original birth certificate is the name we’ll use as the primary debtor on your UCC 1, and list your legally changed name as an added debtor on your UCC addendum.
